Easy Slider, established in 2011, is Dallas-Fort Worth’s first gourmet slider truck, renowned for serving fresh, creative mini-burgers across the metroplex. Founded by Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes, the venture began with a food truck and expanded to a brick-and-mortar location in Deep Ellum. However, as of February 2025, the Deep Ellum location has closed. Currently, Easy Slider operates out of their new commissary in Old East Dallas, offering a menu influenced by Texas roots and Southern flavors. Signature sliders include “The Sweet & Lowdown,” featuring Angus beef, bacon, goat cheese, and strawberry jam. Committed to quality, they use Certified Angus beef, fresh produce, and house-made sauces. In addition to their physical location, Easy Slider continues to operate food trucks and offers catering services for various events.

Old East Dallas is a historic and eclectic neighborhood that blends vintage charm with modern revitalization. Known for its tree-lined streets, early 20th-century architecture, and diverse community, the area offers a mix of historic homes, trendy apartments, and unique local businesses. With close proximity to Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, and Lower Greenville, Old East Dallas boasts a thriving food scene, artistic culture, and a vibrant nightlife. Its rich history, walkability, and ongoing development make it a dynamic and sought-after neighborhood for residents and visitors alike.
